Refunds and Disputes

At Wamaaz.com, we strive to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for our customers. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or may need to file a dispute.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:
✔️ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
✔️ Your order never arrived.
✔️ The item is significantly different from the description.
✔️ The seller has agreed to a refund.

Refund Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 3-7 business days after approval. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund 📝

1️⃣ Log in to your Wamaaz.com account.
2️⃣ Go to “My Orders” and select the order in question.
3️⃣ Click on “Request a Refund” and provide necessary details (photos, reason, etc.).
4️⃣ Submit your request and wait for a response from the seller or our support team.

If the seller does not respond within the given timeframe, Wamaaz.com will step in to resolve the issue.

Dispute Resolution ⚖️

If a refund request is denied or unresolved, you can escalate it as a dispute:
🔹 Open a dispute from your order page.
🔹 Our team will investigate the case and mediate between you and the seller.
🔹 A decision will be made based on evidence and policies.
