How will I be refunded?

If your return is approved, Wamaaz.com ensures a smooth refund process. You can follow the traditional method or use our AI assistant, Wama, for quick and easy assistance.


Traditional Method 📝

1️⃣ Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund.

2️⃣ Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed back to your card.
  • Online Wallets (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be sent to your account.

3️⃣ Processing Time: Refunds usually take between 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4️⃣ Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.


AI Assistant Method 🤖
