Traditional Method 📝
1️⃣ Forgot Password:
- Go to the Login Page and click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.
2️⃣ Change Password:
- Once logged in, go to your Account Settings.
- Navigate to Security Settings and select Change Password.
- Enter your old password and the new password you want to set.
3️⃣ Password Requirements:
- Ensure your new password meets the security requirements: at least 8 characters, including both letters and numbers.
4️⃣ Account Lock:
- If you are unable to access your account due to multiple incorrect login attempts, wait for 30 minutes before trying again. If the issue persists, contact support at contact@wamaaz.com.
AI Assistant Method 🤖
1️⃣ Ask Wama for Help:
- You can ask Wama directly for help with your password. For example:
- “Hey Wama, I forgot my password.”
- “Wama, help me change my password.”
2️⃣ Reset Password:
- Wama will guide you through the process to reset your password by sending a link to your email.
3️⃣ Change Password:
- Wama can assist you by prompting you to change your password directly through the account settings: “Wama, change my password to something new.”
