If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Check Order Status: If your order is still processing and hasn’t been shipped, you may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- Reach out to our support team immediately at contact@wamaaz.com with your order details (order number, items, etc.).
- Alternatively, you can use Wama, our AI assistant, to assist you in canceling your order. Wama will identify your order and help with the cancellation process if possible.
3️⃣ AI Assistant Method: You can directly ask Wama:
- “Hey Wama, I would like to cancel my order.”
- Wama will check if the order is eligible for cancellation and confirm it for you.
4️⃣ Confirmation: If your cancellation is successful, we will notify you and refund your payment accordingly.
Important Notes
- Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be canceled.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and it may take a few business days.
