4. Billing and Payments

  • By subscribing to a service or product, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Free Trials

  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Money Back Policy. Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing cycle has started. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, especially for issues related to the product/service quality or delivery.

7. Account and Subscription Management

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your subscription information, including payment details, shipping addresses, and other personal data. If any changes occur to your subscription or billing information, please update your account promptly to avoid interruptions in service.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

Through our AI assistant, Wama, users with disabilities can easily manage their subscriptions by voice commands like “Wama” or “Hey Wama.” Additionally, for special needs customers, our real agents monitor AI conversations to ensure the correct product or service is delivered as per the customer’s needs.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our subscription services, we are not liable for any issues arising from the use or non-availability of the service, including but not limited to delayed deliveries, technical issues, or third-party involvement in the subscription process.
